For each color in your design, we burn a separate screen. Ink is pushed through that screen onto the garment using a squeegee — one pass per color. The result is a vibrant, durable print that's been used on apparel for nearly a century.
Setup takes time, which is why screen printing has a per-color setup fee. But once setup is done, additional pieces are very fast to print, which is why the per-piece cost is the lowest of any method at higher volumes.
